Our wellness area features a beautiful Baltic wood-fired sauna with stunning countryside views, alongside a cold plunge tub, outdoor cold-water shower and peaceful seating area nestled between the old pear trees in the barns’ shared garden. Designed to help guests relax and recharge, the space offers the many benefits of hot and cold therapy, including reduced stress, improved wellbeing and a deeper sense of calm making it the perfect place to relax after countryside walks, cosy evenings in the Stable Bar or long days spent with family and friends.
For weekend hire the cost is just £75. For a week it is £100. This includes one basket of logs for your first sauna. More logs are available to purchase on site as with all our other log burners.
The Wellness area is reserved for guests staying Redford Farm Barns, guests at The Farmhouse may also book use of these facilities subject to availability — please speak with Jude at the time of booking for more information and to arrange an induction.
