Both properties feature relaxed, thoughtfully designed interiors, cosy log-burning stoves and fully equipped kitchens, giving everyone the freedom to enjoy their countryside escape at their own pace. They comfortably sleep up to 13 guests across six bedrooms, making them ideal for large family holidays, multi-generational getaways, special celebrations and weekends away with friends.

Ludlow Barn is the larger property, sleeping 8–9 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Its spacious open-plan living area is perfect for bringing everyone together, with comfortable seating, a wood-burning stove and a large dining table seating up to 13. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with two ovens, gas hob and breakfast bar, makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure. French doors lead to a private garden with an outdoor kitchen and beautiful views across the Shropshire countryside.

Adjoining Ludlow Barn, Tenbury Cottage sleeps a further four guests across two king-size bedrooms and two bathrooms. With its own welcoming open-plan living space, log burner and kitchen, it provides additional privacy and flexibility for larger groups. Both bedrooms can be arranged as twins, making it particularly well suited to extended families and groups of friends.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large shared garden with private areas to unwind, along with access to our Wellness Area with wood-fired sauna, cold plunge pool and outdoor shower – perfect for slowing down after a day exploring the countryside.
